The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 189 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the dickey of Bolero and the petitioner is said to be the driver of the said vehicle. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.01.2018.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20411 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettia in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
