The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.195 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials collected in course of investigation that the petitioner has wrongly been named as Vikash Mahto in the FIR and he along with three others had took the son of the informant Jitendra Choudhary from his house and thereafter, he was shot
