2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, (302, 34 of IPC).

3. As per the FIR, all the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the husband of the informant due to which husband of the informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act has been assigned against her. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail of

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025, pending in the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Siwan. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
