Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Paraiya PS Case No. 114 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the basis of parity of other two co-accused Ranjan Yadav and others who have been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Curt Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Kumar @ Jitendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya PS Case No. 114 of 2017.
