Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.104 of 2017, registered under Sections 20/21 of the NDPS Act.
It is submitted that only 550 grams of Ganja is said to be recovered from the house of the petitioner, however, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Babar Ali @ Teju @ Teppu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.104 of 2017.
