2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirbahore P.S Case No. 336 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 125, 352, 351(2) & 351(3)/3(5) of the BNS Act and 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act. 1908.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, allegation against the petitioner is that he was indulged in making bomb and explosive substance has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner was not arrested from the spot which is

The name of the petitioner transpired in this case only on disclosure made by the arrested accused persons, whereas the petitioner has no connection with the said hostels or their inmates. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a young student aged about 21 years and pursuing his graduation course from the Department of Mass Communication, Patna College, Patna and his career would be ruined by any further incarceration. It is further submitted that three similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57756 of 2025, vide order dated 56657 of 2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 56657 of 2025 and vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57756 of 2025. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025 having three criminal antecedent.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR and impugned order dated 25.09.2025, it appears that the matter relates to clash between the residents of two hostels and the petitioner is a student and also considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75075 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 3/3 of this Court vide vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57756 of 2025, vide order dated 56657 of 2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 56657 of 2025 and vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57756 of 2025, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna Sadar, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 336 of 2025 subject to the condition as under: • One of the bailors should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
• The petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself.
• The petitioner shall resist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Sunnykr/- U
