The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No.223 of 2017, a case under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that he along with others was preparing to commit dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner fire-arm was recovered. Submission is that for recovery of fire-arm Sikty P.S. Case No.224 of 2017 was registered and in that case the petitioner is already on bail. Further submission is that so far merit of this case is concerned, there is no averment or material to substantiate that the assemblance was for the purpose of

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
