Petitioner seeks bail who is in custody since 20.05.2022 in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 454 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 19.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as mentioned in the F.I.R. and as such the present application has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
