JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 24.11.2017, seeks bail in Mirganj PS Case No. 310 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380 and 504 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner gave a farsa blow over head of the informant's nephew.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between both sides, all family members have been made accused, there is case and counter case also, only one injury is found on the person for the informant's nephew and still there is nothing on record regarding final opinion of the injury and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Balister Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj PS Case No. 310 of 2016.
