Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Sanjay Rai and others have already been allowed bail vide Annexure-3.
Allegation against the petitioner is on better footing to that of Sanjay Rai.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Piprakothi Police Station Case No.152 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10677 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
