Petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No.190 of 2013 registered under Sections 120B, 363, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that on 26.10.2013 some persons having armed with different weapons came inside the house and kidnapped his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during course of investigation. The petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2019. Similarly situated co-accused Shankar Sao has already been acquitted. Even the victim did not support the factum of kidnapping.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
