Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

25 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner, when the petitioner was coming on a motorcycle.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2017.
