2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 22.09.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 850 of 2022, arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Gaya.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
