Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that a stolen scooty was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is of false implication on suspicion by the police. Further submission is that the FIR itself would reveal that petitioner was apprehended while fleeing after leaving the scooty. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 10.03.2018, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21663 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kako Police Station Case No. 62 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
