The petitioners, in the present case, are seeking prearrest bail in connection with Tariani P.S. Case No. 261/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. They have three criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph '3' of the application.

As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that while he was sitting at Maharani Asthan, in the meantime, his villagers namely Dinbandhu Rai and Rama Shankar Rai and two other unknown persons came there and snatched Rs. 10,000/- from his pocket and assaulted him with

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are labourers. The present FIR has been lodged due to give and take of the amount of maize between the parties. Having regard to the nature of allegation and the three criminal antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail of the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.

Let the petitioners surrender in the learned court below and pray for regular bail.
