2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 01.08.2023 , passed in a case registered for the offence
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5103 of 2023(4) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353 504, 506, and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r)3(i)(s) 3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these appellants along with other coaccused persons assaulted the police personnel (informant) and also abused him by his caste name .
5. Considering the nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
