2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 764 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim. He is in jail since 27.05.2023.

4. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. said that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact
