ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.124 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is the uncle (Mausa of the husband of the deceased) and is remotely connected with the family and has nothing to do with the affairs of the family with regard to matrimonial matter. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents and vide Annexure 2, which is an order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76346 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 19.04.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.25074 of 2019, the brothersin-law of the deceased have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Pandarak P.S.
