2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted with lathi on the head of the nephew of the informant. Doctor has found injury to be grievous in nature.
