The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of theft of buffalo. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2017. The petitioner has got a lot of criminal cases against him of identical nature.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or on completion of three months of custody from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13186 of 2018 (4) dt.18-04-2018 P2/ whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.67 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
