2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. This petitioner is alleged to have committed unnatural offence with the victim (daughter of informant), who is said to be minor.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has very specifically and categorically narrated about the heinous crime, committed by the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of offence and statement of
