2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 8 in view of the relevant provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and Indian

Patna High Court CWJC No.17681 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 Registration Act, 1908 for theft of Court fee in Execution of Sale Deed No. 5569 dated 9.2.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed as the proceeding has been initiated against respondent no. 8 under 47(a) of the Indian Registration Act and appropriate orders have been passed by the AIG on 15.10.2022.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move this Court at an appropriate stage if he still have any grievance. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
