The petitioner is accused in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 313, 376, 498(A) and 504(34) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant, jointly, submits that on intervention of the well wisher, dispute in between the petitioner and the informant has been settled and both are residing together in the rented house at Purnea and both parties have no grievance to each other.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.12.2019 stands confirmed.
