JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 24.01.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1321 of 2019, wherein the respondent No.5, the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University was directed to dispose of the representation that may be filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

2. Opposite Party Nos. 4 to 6 have filed the show cause. Opposite Party No. 5 is the Registrar of L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga. In paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the show cause filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 4 to 6, it has been stated that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of and pre and post retiral dues of the petitioner have already been paid to the petitioner.

3. In that view of the matter, I find that the order dated 24.01.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1321 of 2019 has been complied with by the Opposite Party Nos. 4 to 6.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
