Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.Case No. 772 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 295, 295 (A) , 153 (A), 307, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against large number of people including the petitioner, who seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the accused Sanjit @ Sanjit Kumar @ Jaunty and others have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court vide orders dated 01.02.2018, 17.02.2018, 08.02.2018, 21.02.2018 and others passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12820 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 5827/2018, Cr. Misc. No. 9608 of 2018, Cr. Misc. No. 7585 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 10132 of 2018 etc. and the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Kundan Kumar, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateCum -Sub Judge- XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.Case No. 772 of 2017.
