1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case no. 205 of 2021 registered under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 448, 379, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while he was working at his farm, the eight named accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed and threatened that the informant should enter into a compromise with respect to the cases pending between the parties. On refusal, the accused persons started to assault the informant and the members of his family. It is stated that Jawahar Yadav and the petitioner pushed the informant's wife and forced her to go around stating that she was a Dayan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of pending litigations between the parties which is evident from the FIR itself. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2022, he has no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, the allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner being in custody for five months since 14.11.2022, chargesheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case no. 205 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
