JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302, 201/34 IPC and sections 3⁄4 of the DP Act. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased is said to have last seen alive in his house thereafter she is traceless.

It is the case of the petitioner that his wife (victim) committed suicide.

Petitioner being husband has the prime responsibility of the victim. Surprisingly, he has no knowledge about the dead body of his wife.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the dead body of the victim has not been recovered, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
