The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of death by fire-arm injury to the husband of the informant is against co-accused Situ Yadav. The petitioner and others were also present at the time of occurrence along with Situ Yadav. Considering the aforesaid allegation co-accused Sukesh Yadav has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.14825 of 2018.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11169 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 P2/ bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No.292 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
