2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 384, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant has sent a video to her close relative regarding indecent behavior of her father which was procured by news reporter Sanjay Bharti. It is further alleged that said Sanjay Bharti has threatened to make viral the video. It is further alleged that when material uncle of informant talked with Sanjay Bharti then he demanded Rs. 5 to 10 lakh to manage the said video and when her maternal uncle refused to make payment then he made this video viral

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been made accused in this case out of grudge and enmity. It is also submitted that the petitioner is proprietor of Rosera Junction News portal. Petitioner neither demanded rangdari nor circulated the news. He has been made accused only because he is announcer of the channel.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.138 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
