This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that first information report is against unknown. Merely on the basis of the confessional statement the petitioner has been made accused in this case. It is, further, submitted that there is neither any recovery of any incriminating material from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on test identification parade and he is in custody since 15.11.2017 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6425 of 2018(3) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Arrah, on the conditions that one of the bailors must be close family member of the petitioners and secondly, the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the trial Court and in case of absence on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the trial Court.
