This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.28271 of 2022 which stood dismissed on 14.11.2022 due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 07.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has complied the order dated 07.11.2022 but after some delay he filed the requisites on 06.12.2022.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 28271 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
