JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pear P. S. (Hatha O.P.) Case No. 132 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366A /34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that he has taken away her, but no any overt act against the petitioner. As a matter of fact, she was love affair, due to that petitioner and other persons have been made accused to pressurize them. Further submission is that the age of the victim girl is 18 years and as such, she is major. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. The provisional bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68257 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 27.11.2019 is confirmed.
