The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Bhuttu Khalifa @ Shyamdeo Khalifa has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 51800 of 2017 on 03.11.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7729 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
