The petitioners who are in custody since 09.08.2019 have filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019 (District-Patna) registered for the offence punishable under sections 370,290 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4,5,7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

As per the allegation in the FIR, the petitioners along with 11 other co-accused persons who were indulging in immoral trafficking, were taken into custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.73082 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 petitioners that a number of similarly situated co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.66041 of 2019, order dated 04.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.65549 of 2019, order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.68725 of 2019 and order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.66686 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2019 and have no criminal antecedent.

The application for bail was opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing individual bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019 (District Patna).
