Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 370, 290, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 18.10.2019 and 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68725 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Nos. 66041 of 2019 and 65045 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid orders. Let it be kept on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019.
