====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Gamahariya PS Case No. 160 of 2017 (Special Case No. 23 of 2017) registered under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act.

It is submitted that recovery is of only 110 grams of Ganja and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 2.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jay Narayan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge Madhepura in connection with Gamahariya PS Case No. 162 of 2017 (Special Case No. 23 of 2017).
