2. Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State seeks two weeks' time to seek instruction from the Superintendent of Police, Nawada with respect to examination of prosecution witnesses considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2020.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Nawada is directed to submit report and in the meantime he is directed to ensure to produce the witnesses on each date fixed by the learned trial court without fail.
