The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.466/2017 registered under Sections 30(a) & 56(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. 270 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not happen to be the driver of the vehicle rather he was standing at Dobhi Barchatti bus stand in the wait of bus and has been falsely implicated in the case on suspicion. He has got no criminal antecedent. No incriminating article has been

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya, in connection with Excise Case No.466/2017.
