The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Forest Case No.18 of 2013 registered under Section 33(1)(b) of the Indian Forest Act.

Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for an occurrence of 14.04.2013 the prosecution report was filed in the court on 29.07.2013 and no reason has been explained for undue delay in filing the prosecution report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
