Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault and theft as well as firing in the air. Considering the aforesaid submission, in my view, the petitioners deserve bail, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Natwar Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8525 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 110 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
