JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P. S. Case No. 55 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354A, 354B, 504 and 506 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the informant by rod, causing injury. There is specific allegation against co-accused Jainandan Singh of assault by spade to the son of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. Though one injury is found to be grievous in nature on the person of son of the informant, but the same has been caused by one Jainandan Singh. Further submission is that allegation of

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikerhana at Dhaka, in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.
