JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 84/2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 3363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the girl has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded, in which, she has not made any allegation against the petitioner rather against one Dileep Kumar. Learned A.P.P. could not controvert the above submission of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, provisional bail earlier granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68668 of 2019(3) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 petitioner vide order dated 27.11.2019 is confirmed. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
