JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate order, direction, writ, in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, for directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct a free and fair inquiry with respect to the judicial proceedings carried by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -1st cum Sub Judge-1, namely, Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Benipur Sub-Divisional Court, District-Darbhanga in Title Suit No.13 of 2019, inasmuch as the learned Subordinate Court has ignored the manipulation of order
Patna High Court CWJC No.18050 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 of this Hon'ble Court done by one of the contesting party to the suit, repeatedly.
ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ for declaring that for better administration of justice the issue involved in the present case, more particularly ignoring the manipulation of order of this Hon'ble Court, despite documentary evidence being available on record, is of serious concern and requires free and fair inquiry." 2.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the Hon'ble Inspecting Judge of the concerned district, on the administrative side, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
