JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Rampur PS Case No. 242 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 406 and 420 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner had taken loan of ten lakh rupees from the Punjab National Bank against the stock of the article but the loan was paid and the stock against which load was granted that too was sold by the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to repay the loan in eight equal installments. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Kumar @ Pramod Keshri is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gaya in connection with Rampur PS Case No. 242 of 2017, subject to the condition that he furnishes the cheque of first installment of Rs. 1,25,000/- at the time of furnishing bail bonds and the rest in seven monthly installments of the same amount by 15th of every month till realization of the full amount, failure to do so will result in cancellation of his bail bonds.
