Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461,379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2017. However, he has not been put on T.I. Parade as yet.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9676 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patrakarnagar Police Station Case No.602 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
