ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 457, 380 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against known persons but only because one of the stolen mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner has been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a mobile repairing shop and was not conscious of the fact that the mobile in question was a stolen mobile. It is further submitted that in two other cases the petitioner has already been granted bail. Considering the aforementioned facts and
