Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant, for some family dispute. The Doctor has found simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tharthari Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11484 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Case No. 88 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
