The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2017 in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 778/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/307/324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries have been found on both the sides. It is submitted that for the same event, the petitioner has also been named in Bettiah (Town)P.S. Case No. 775 of 2017.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and that there is case and counter case between the parties, let the

No.5525 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 778/2017.
