2. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the payments have not been made to the petitioner simply because user I.D. and password has not been sent by the State Government to the registrar of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.520 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 University.
3. The Registrar must personally ensure to obtain user I.D. and password for making payment of the petitioner on all the heads as claimed by him on account of his retirement. Since the petitioner has retired and he has no knowledge of the computer, the assistance must be given by the Registrar for doing all the necessary formalities, if at all required to be performed by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
