The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has not uttered a word against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11812 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
